Pursuant to the Articles , Article IV , section 1 , section a, b, c Community institutions are as follows:

Assembly

The highest authorities of the Community Assembly, which consists of members of the community . The Assembly is composed of all the owners of units. Membership in this body is so inextricably linked with the ownership of the unit , which means that the acquisition of ownership rights to the unit membership is a loss of the property rights to the unit membership expires.

Community Committee

The Committee is a statutory executive body of the community. Manages and organizes regular community activities and decisions on matters relating to the administration building and community activity except those things that are according to the Statutes of the exclusive competence of the Assembly or the Assembly is to decide reserved .

Audit Commission

The Audit Commission is the supervisory authority community who is authorized to control the community and its members to discuss the complaint to the business community and its institutions. The Audit Commission or its authorized member is entitled to inspect the documents and other community and require the owner or authorized committee the necessary information for its monitoring activities. The Audit Commission is responsible only Assembly and is independent of the other Community institutions.
